A Disturbing Event: Pride in Dallas

*Before I begin, I just want to mention that this post is not meant to be vitriolic/hateful. I just want to speak the truth about a troubling trend in America culture. With that being said, let’s now begin!*

The month of June is upon us. That means we’re in the midst of Gay Pride month. Gay Pride symbols are pretty much ubiquitous in American culture–from sports teams to the military and fast food joints to social media giants.

Sadly, exposing young children to transgender/LGBT ideology has become a normal part of Pride Month. Don’t think so? Well, read on because this post will change your mind.

The grooming of children by the LGBT Mafia has finally become a visible spectacle at this point.

Last weekend, conservative YouTuber John Doyle & the Protect Texas Kids organization organized a counter-protest at a Dallas drag queen show—where numerous children were present. Parents brought their children to this event–called “Drag your Kids to Pride”–which was hosted at a Dallas gay bar.

Here is a brief video of the Dallas drag show. Note the large amount of young children present at this event. Conservative reporters Aldo Buttazzoni and Tayler Hansen shed light on this event

Fortunately, a group of young conservative activists came to protest and document this event. John Doyle and the boys had some total chad energy in the video below:

The point of mentioning this Dallas Pride event is to highlight how prevalent this type of event has become. Drag queen story-hour and Drag queen shows for children have become normal events in the great state of Texas. Even seemingly conservative states allow these events to occur–where children are allowed to watch grown men dance erotically in provocative clothing.

Unfortunately, these groomer events have started occurring in my hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana. Therefore, I will shed light on some of the “grooming events” that have taken place/are about to take place during New Orleans Pride Month 2022

Pride in NOLA

Event 1: Long Vue House & Gardens Family Equality Day

On June 12th, the Long Vue House & Gardens is hosting the Family Equality Day. What is Family Equality Day?

On the website, the event hosts describe Family Equality Day as an “outdoor event … for all ages, with Drag Queen Story Time, dance and drag performances, fan decorating, a community resource fair, a culminating children’s parade, and other surprises.”

Dang, these people are not even hiding it. The event organizers are directly promoting this event for children and families in the New Orleans area.

Come on, a “children’s parade” and “drag queen story time”. No sound-minded parent would ever allow their children to participate in and witness these activities. Children should not be able to see grown men performing provocative dances and wearing provocative women’s clothing. Nevertheless, children are still allowed and encouraged to attend.

Here is a picture of the Children’s Pride Parade in a past year’s event from the Long Vue website:

Additionally, some interesting organizations have sponsored this event. Here is a list of just some of the sponsors for this event: Children’s Hospital, United Healthcare, Diamonds Direct, Gulf South LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce, and more. Seems somewhat suspect that Healthcare-related organizations are supporting this event.

On a last note, even New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell has attended this event in the past. For my out-of-town readers, Cantrell has basically allowed New Orleans to become a 3rd world dump. Really sad if you ask me.

Event 2: Faubourg Beer’s Pride Fest

The locally-owned beer company Faubourg Beer (formerly Dixie Beer) hosted a Pride Fest on the weekend of June 3rd to 5th.

Here is a link to see some photos from this event–on the Faubourg Beer Instagram account.

On the Friday of this festival, Faubourg hosted a drag queen show at this event. Unfortunately, there were many children at this event. Truly sickening

Here are a few pictures I found from this event on Faubourg’s social media. Notice how the drag queens are directly interacting with children.

Faubourg beer is a terrible beer to begin with, so there is no reason that conservatives in South Louisiana should support this beer company after hosting a Drag queen show–where many children were present. Good riddance in my opinion.

The owner of the Faubourg Beer is Gayle Benson (owner of the New Orleans Saints). Benson is supposedly a devout Roman Catholic, so it is disappointing to see her allow an event like this to happen under her watch.

Event 3: New Orleans Public Library events–including Drag Queen Story Hour

The New Orleans Public Library is notorious for hosting “gay pride” events for local children. This Library system has hosted Drag Queen Story Hour events for children since 2017. Big Sad.

This month, the New Orleans Public Library is hosting multiple gay pride events for kids. On June 10th, the Library is hosting a Drag Queen Story Hour with a local drag queen.

Later in the month, the Library is also hosting a virtual event called “Young Activist Speak Out: Pride Edition”. For this event, local teenagers “discuss and celebrate the activism of Queer and Trans young folks in our community.”

It’s pretty crazy to think that public taxpayers are paying for this stuff.

Wrap-up

All of these events should remind everyone just how insufferable major American cities are becoming. Living a traditionally Christian, family-oriented lifestyle is becoming extremely difficult in cities these days, and it will only get more difficult in the future as American culture continues to degenerate.

Anyways, I know this post is one of my most controversial ones to-date. Nevertheless, I am called as a Christian to speak the truth. The truth is that Drag Queen Story hour and other events are simply wrong. We–as conservative and Christians–cannot tolerate activities that are obviously harmful to children.

It’s sad that we even have argue with people about this stuff. Virtually no one 10, 20 years ago would have supported the normalization of Drag Queen Story Hour.

To close, we have to stand up to the normalization of Drag Queen Story hour & Drag queen shows for children. If we don’t stand up now, then our children will suffer the consequences of our timidity.

In short, the slippery slope is real.
